President Message

Picture
Welcome, RCAEOP members. It is with great excitement and such an honor to serve as your 2022-2023 RCAEOP President.  I have chosen “Ignite a Spark, Light a Flame, Build a Fire” with a single burning match as my theme for this year.

If you have ever tried to Build a Fire, you know that it starts with a Spark! These past few years we have had to endure many changes. I challenge each of you to Ignite a Spark, this might mean finding your inner Spark, helping Ignite a Spark in a current member or recruiting a new member and Ignite a Spark in them. Once the Spark has been ignited, given the proper fuel, attention and support needed, it will become a Flame. Light a Flame this year and nominate someone at your location for Administrator of the Year. As an Association, we thrive on the continued support of our Administrators.  What better way to show our appreciation and showcase all the great things RCAEOP is doing through community service and providing scholarships. Show them how RCAEOP has helped your Spark become a Flame. Our fuel is our professional growth. It is important that you give yourself the attention to continue to burn with passion and light. Many Flames, in turn, can Build a Fire. Nominate someone for Office Professional of the Year. We have so many great Flames. RCAEOP will continue to burn bright as we continue to build our foundation, with positive support and encouragement. Together we are going to Build a bonFire!

Please reach out to me, jdyarmett@richland2.org, with any questions, comments or suggestions you may have.

Again, thank you for choosing me to serve as your 2022-2023 President.

Jennifer Dyarmett, CEOE
2022-2023 RCAEOP President
